We make most of our jewelry pieces and can customize any item or set that we make just for you. Call or email and we’ll design just for you and your wedding. We can change the length, color, shape and material to get you exactly the jewelry you want.

We offer a 100% guarantee of satisfaction, and you can return any products that have not been engraved or personalized, and receive a 100% refund. If we made an error in personalizing an item, or if there is any defect, it can be returned within 30 days.

We ask that you return the items within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. If for some reason, you need longer, please contact us during the 30-day time frame and we will consider an extension and notify you promptly.

To take advantage of the return policy, the item must be unused and unaltered. All we ask is that you contact us and let us know to expect the item back. It is generally best to ask the shipper for a delivery confirmation so you can be confident that we actually got the item being returned.

No sales tax is charged outside of the state of North Carolina.

Every effort will be made to ship your order one to two days unless we are personalizing items for you. Free shipping on all jewelry orders over $99 for United States Postal Service standard First Class Mail inside the United States. For jewelry orders under $99, a $4.75 fee for standard USPS delivery will apply. See “Shipping Info” for complete information and current shipping methods and costs to ship your order. There is a calculator on the checkout page, just put in your ZIP or Mail Code and you can see exactly what shipping will cost with the items in your cart.

We carry items other than jewelry that are heavy and require more shipping charges. The rates for bags, bar ware, and other heavy items are spelled out in the shipping info page.
